Job summary

A local banking client in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver personalized service via telephone. Candidates should possess a positive mindset, preferably with experience in call centers or banking. The role requires flexible shift work, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided for Entry Level applicants. The position emphasizes effective communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Open to Entry Level candidates with training provided.
  • Experience in a Call Centre, Banking, or Customer Service environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on staggered shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.

About the client:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Skills/Requirement:
  • Minimum of ITE, 'O' levels. Open to consider Entry Level agents/officers ( training will be provided )
  • Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
  • Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service.
  • Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations
