Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide frontline services to residents and visitors. The role involves responding to inquiries, managing payments, and coordinating medical needs. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a friendly disposition, good organizational skills, and knowledge of MS Office. This position is based in Henderson.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline services to residents and visitors.
  • Respond to internal and external emails and calls.
  • Handle collection of Monthly Home Payment and petty cash.
  • Schedule, liaise and arrange with various institutions for residents' medical needs.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports and assist in relevant regulatory reports.
  • Assist with filing, maintain and update customer documentation as needed.
  • Handle orders in CRM and deliveries from vendors including inventory management.
  • Handle submission of staff claims.
  • Prepare meeting rooms to facilitate family conferences.
  • Oversee the operations of service counters.

Customer Service Associate (Central West)

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline services to residents and visitors
  • Respond to internal and external emails and calls
  • Handle collection of Monthly Home Payment and petty cash
  • Schedule, liaise and arrange with various institutions for residents' medical needs
  • Prepare and submit internal report and assist in relevant regulatory reports
  • Assist with filing, maintain and update customer documentation as needed
  • Handle orders in CRM and deliveries from vendors including inventory management
  • Handle submission of staff claims (eg. Medical Claims, OT etc)
  • Prepare meeting rooms to facilitate family conference and to facilitate visit from potential sponsors
  • Oversee the operations of service counters
Requirements
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Minimum GCE ‘N Level or above
  • Knowledge of MS Office; Words, Excel
  • Customer service experience preferred, good in organizing and putting things in order
  • Team player, friendly disposition, enjoys interaction with people
