Job description

Location and Hours

Location: Punggol (rotates with Upper Bukit Timah)
Hours: Weekdays 8am–6pm | Sat 10am–8pm | Sun 10am–7pm | 5-day work week (PH off)
Salary: Up to $2,800 + 13th month + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, answer calls, and assist with inquiries
• Recommend grooming packages and schedule appointments
• Maintain cleanliness & safety in the grooming centre
• Support Grooming & Doggy Daycare operations
• Assist with retail sales and inventory management

Requirements

• Prior experience in pet shop or vet clinic handling dogs/cats
• Strong communication, multitasking & problem-solving skills
• Basic grooming skills a plus
