A leading port service company in Singapore is seeking a counter service professional to triage applications and serve the public at the port. Responsibilities include processing various pass applications, handling administrative duties, and providing excellent service to applicants. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 'O' level passes or NITEC qualifications, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
You will provide counter service triage to port users and the general public, this includes processing new applications, renewals, replacements and amendments of the various types of passes issued by PSA, and collecting enforcement charges. In addition, you will handle administrative duties such as attending to applicants’ queries, document verifications, biometrics enrolment and issuance of smartchip pass for successful pass applicants.
