Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is looking for a customer service support role. Responsibilities include handling shipping documents and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary range of $2,000 - $2,300 monthly with potential overtime. This is an onsite role with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email.

  • Collaborate with departments for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

Job description

Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,300 + OT + AWS & VB
Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.30am -6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email.
  • Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
  • Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Processing of invoice promptly.
  • Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 1 years of working experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Able to commit OT as and when required
