Job summary

A leading pest control company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee manpower deployment, manage client interactions, and ensure compliance with quality standards including ISO 9001. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the pest control industry, possess strong communication skills, and ideally hold a relevant diploma or a Vector Control Operator license. This role demands a proactive approach in handling customer feedback and administrative tasks to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pest control or a related service industry.
  • Preferably holds a diploma or tertiary qualification.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Possession of a valid NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO) license is a bonus.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deploy daily manpower resources according to weekly schedules
  • Coordinate both contractual and ad hoc job schedules as part of the Client Success department
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and external quality standards (including ISO 9001 QMS)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone and email; conduct follow-up service calls or visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as the Quality Management Representative to maintain ISO compliance
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for clients within the assigned zone
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Execute billing-related activities
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to meet operational KPIs
  • Handle administrative tasks alongside other team members
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
