Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide real-time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.
  • Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.
  • Support adhoc tasks and duties as assigned by superior(s).
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Requirements:

  • Education/Qualifications: GCE "O' Level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Ability to speak and understand English / Mandarin / some dialects is a plus
  • Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills
  • Experience in operational environment
  • Can work independently and as a team player
