Job DescriptionThe RoleThis role is responsible for providing assistance in order fulfilment processes. He/she is also responsible to communicate with operation teams, forwarders and vendors and see orders to completion.

ResponsibilitiesCargo / Material Handling & Delivery Operations

  • Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
  • Perform documentation for order processing activities
  • Perform stock transfer / system transaction in WMS
  • Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
  • Perform system receipt of cargo
  • Validate documentation and elevate non-conformities
  • Identify operational shortfall and escal

Customer Service

  • Manage appropriate mitigating actions / plans to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services
  • Prepare reports for customers and operations
  • Perform billing process

Business Continuous Improvement

  • Perform continuous improvement activities
  • Propose practical performance improvement solutions

Business Administration

  • Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
  • Work with allocated resources to ensure service delivery
  • Identify and elevate risk factors that impact efficiency
  • Operate systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. WMS, SAP & etc.)

Qualifications

  • Prefer working experience as Customer Service in Logistic industry for 1-2 years
  • Independent and teamwork
