Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated team member to assist in customer service and operations handling all aspects of shipping data entry and documentation. Ideal candidates should have at least a minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in shipping is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of shipping is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of related working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service and Operations Department on all shipping data entry.
• Co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings.
• Prepare shipping documents/reports as required.
• Liaise with vendors and customers on shipment activities.
• Perform booking and process documentation.

• Liaise with vendors, customers and internally on all shipment-related activities
• Perform booking and process documentation as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities
