Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated team member to assist in customer service and operations handling all aspects of shipping data entry and documentation. Ideal candidates should have at least a minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in shipping is a plus.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of shipping is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of related working experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service and Operations Department on all shipping data entry.
- Co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings.
- Prepare shipping documents/reports as required.
- Liaise with vendors and customers on shipment activities.
- Perform booking and process documentation.

Responsibilities

- Good knowledge of shipping and minimum working 1-2 years related working experience an advantage
- Able to start immediately
