Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in their Customer Service and Operations Department. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping activities, preparing documentation, and liaising with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate possesses good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and prior knowledge of shipping practices. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service and Operations Department on shipping data entry.
• Coordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings.

• Co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings and collection of cargo
• Prepare shipping documents / reports wherever required
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internally on all shipment-related activities
• Perform booking and process documentation as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities
