Overview

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a wholly home grown, Singaporean owned and run entity fragrances and flavoring manufacturer. Creativity, efficiency and technical performance are our core values. Our leading edge is our incisive knowledge of Asian culture and developing new scent trending patterns serving regional manufacturers of perfumes, personal care products, fabric care products, household cleaners, air care products, beverages, confectionary and dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Customer liaison: Act as a key point of contact, providing product and service information while efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Operational management: Oversee end-to-end operations, logistics, and sales support to ensure smooth business processes.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams to fulfill customer orders effectively.
• Resource coordination: Plan, organize, and control all necessary resources to carry out efficient operations.
• Process improvement: Proactively review and seek improvements to current operational procedures.
• Administrative support: Perform various administrative duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: You have a meticulous approach to work and can maintain accuracy in all tasks.
• Multitasking abilities: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Order management experience: While not required, experience in order planning and execution would be beneficial. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
