What You’ll Do

Be the Friendly Face & Voice of ProActiv Sports

• Chat with parents daily via WhatsApp, phone, email & in person
• Help families book classes, trials, camps & parties
• Follow up with leads and make sure every parent feels taken care of
• Handle enquiries with warmth, clarity, and a can‑do attitude
• Build relationships with partners, schools, and community groups
• Be on‑ground support during school holiday camps — yes, it’s fun!

Keep Our Operations Running Like a Champion

• Oversee daily admin so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
• Manage schedules, class lists, trial students & participant databasesCoordinate staff rosters for classes and holiday camps
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of coaches
• Keep track of payments, class credits, cancellations, and invoices
• Maintain office supplies & ensure our spaces are organised
• Support annual planning around school holidays and camp seasons

Help Us Improve & Grow

• Prepare weekly/bi‑weekly performance and enrolment reports
• Spot gaps in processes and help create better systems
• Contribute ideas to make our programs, communication & customer experience even better
• Work closely with senior management in planning future programs
