Our client, a well-established e-commerce solutions firm, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their expanding team

Working Day: Mon - Fri

Working Location: Alps (Transport Provided at Tampines and Bedok)

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Scope

Manage assigned customer accounts, supporting the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships and meeting service demands.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, requirements, feedback, and complaints to ensure excellent service delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to handle claims, follow up on issues, and provide timely updates to customers.

Resolve customer and carrier issues professionally, and escape complex matters to appropriate stakeholders when needed.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular performance reports and data summaries.

Collaborate closely with carriers and internal teams to monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and achievement of KPIs.

Requirement

Degree or Diploma in any discipline – Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Candidate must be well verse with using MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Table) - Do indicate in Resume

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
