Job summary

A leading outsourcing solutions company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service role. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal applicant is meticulous, possesses good communication skills, and is able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Qualifications

  • Preferably ‘A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work in shifts, weekend and public holiday support.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails promptly.
  • Update customer interaction information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure effective and timely follow-up with customers.
  • Alert management of issues that require escalation.
  • Prepare requests including policy summary and beneficiary information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on service request requirements.
  • Deliver service requests within service standards.
  • Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
  • Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
  • Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
  • Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
  • Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
  • Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
