Overview
The 67 Pall Mall Customer Service Ambassador will greet and welcome guests and Members appropriately, guiding them correctly to their desired destination.
Key areas of responsibility
- Understanding of the booking system to confidently make reservations for the Members.
- Confident communication via phone, email, or in person.
- Polite and friendly greeting of incoming guests.
- Showing the guests to their table once it is ready, seat them.
- Ability to liaise between the diners and other members of the staff to ensure the customer receives satisfying service.
- Drawing up booking schedule sheets
- Completing daily reports
- Minor cleaning duties of the reception area.
Requirements
- Good customer service skills, honesty, and reliability.
- Previous experience of working with the public, particularly in a customer service role.
- Have a polite and helpful manner.
- Have a smart personal appearance.
- Be well organized.
- Be reliable and responsible.
- Use initiative for recognizing when additional tasks need to be done.
- Can work well alone and in a team.
- Can deal with busy times calmly and professionally.
