• Stay updated on Binance services and crypto trends.
• 2–3 years experience in customer support (preferably in fintech or financial services).
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours (night, weekends, public holidays).
• Fast and stable internet (minimum 5 Mbps).
• Knowledge or interest in blockchain/P2P/crypto is advantageous.
