Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer (Automotive Workshop)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer to join our automotive workshop. This position serves as the main point of contact for customers — ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle drop-off to collection.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers promptly and provide excellent front-line service.
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate job updates.
  • Prepare job sheets, service quotations, and follow up with customers on approvals.
  • Manage vehicle handover, billing, and post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and elevate complex issues when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in automotive workshop customer service or related industry preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual ability is an advantage.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Overtime: Payable according to MOM regulations
