Summary :

  • 5 days, Office Hour

Key Responsibility :

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and live chat platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Identify and escalate recurring issues, service gaps, or trends to the team lead or manager, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Accurately and promptly log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Assist in processing and invoicing of both local and export spare parts orders.

  • Prepare and generate regular customer service reports, including weekly updates and monthly summaries for business units and the Head of Department.

  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

  • Perform additional tasks or participate in projects as assigned.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.

  • Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided.
