Key Responsibility :
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and live chat platforms.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Identify and escalate recurring issues, service gaps, or trends to the team lead or manager, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Accurately and promptly log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Assist in processing and invoicing of both local and export spare parts orders.
Prepare and generate regular customer service reports, including weekly updates and monthly summaries for business units and the Head of Department.
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
Perform additional tasks or participate in projects as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided.
