Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding servicing, repairs, and appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare service quotations, explain work required, and obtain customer approval.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs and update customers on progress.
  • Perform vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including pre- and post-service inspections.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Support aftersales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, service advisor, or automotive aftersales will be an advantage (training provided for entry‑level candidates).
  • Customer‑oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
