Job description
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2,500 (AWS + Performance Bonus)
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (Walking distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (11:30am – 7:30pm); Saturday (11.30am - 7.00pm), After confirmation: alternate Monday off.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  2. Explain loan products, repayment plans, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
  3. Assist customers with loan applications and collection of required documents.
  4. Verify identities, income documents, and conduct MLCB checks.
  5. Prepare loan agreements, process loan disbursements, and update system records.
  6. Handle repayments, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
  7. Maintain accurate filing, daily reporting, and transaction records.
  8. Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, frameworks, and MAS/licensed moneylender regulations.
  9. Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
