Responsibilities

• Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call /message and email.
• Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services.
• Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.
