The Nightclub Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth communication between customers, management, and staff. This role involves handling guest inquiries and reservations, coordinating VIP services, assisting with event planning and promotions, and resolving any issues promptly to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, in person, providing friendly and professional customer service.
  • Manage guest reservations, table bookings, and VIP lists using the club’s booking system.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Support event and promotions teams by assisting with guest communications and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest preferences, and service issues.
  • Coordinate with hosts, security, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations during events and busy nights.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
