Join our well-loved spa in Holland Village, where we have been dedicated to wellness and building genuine relationships with our clients for over 17 years. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our spa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to all our clients.
  • Manage all customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and confirm spa appointments efficiently.
  • Expertly explain our treatment menu, packages, and ongoing promotions.
  • Provide personalised treatment recommendations to suit individual client needs.
  • Enhance the customer experience by gently upselling additional services or products, focusing on value rather than hard-selling.
  • Optimise the therapists' schedule to maximise bookings and minimise gaps or downtime.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including administrative tasks and ensuring the reception area is immaculate.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum PSLE / N/O Levels or an ITE Higher Nitec qualification.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service is an advantage; experience in the beauty/spa industry is a plus.
  • We welcome applications from candidates with no experience! Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • A genuine passion for the service industry.
  • Well-groomed with a positive, cheerful, and patient personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented attitude.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with our diverse clientele.
  • Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends, according to the spa's operating hours.
