Job summary

A construction solutions company based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Sales Executive to promote ready-mixed concrete to contractors and developers. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management within the construction industry and be proactive and target-driven. This permanent role offers a basic salary of $2,800 plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relationship management or sales in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑driven; a strong sales record is an advantage.
  • Role involves travel to client sites; a driving license and access to transport are advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Reconnect with past customers to renew business.
  • Find and win new customers to grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports.

  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm, Sat: 8am-12pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,800 + Commission + Travel Allowance + Incentives
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell ready-mixed concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Reconnect with past customers to renew business.
  • Find and win new customers to grow the client base.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
