An educational centre in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide course advice, and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma, have 0-3 years of relevant experience, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
Job Descriptions
Handle Customer Services functions such as:
·Attend to customers’ enquiries and feedback
·Provide professional course advice and solutions to customers (walk-in/over the phone)
·Process student registration and fee collection
·Plan and work with the team to achieve the centre’s growth
·Conduct after-sales support to customers
·Prepare class schedule and attendance list
·Manage wait list and new class availability
·Generate growth report for management
·Maintain the customers’ database
·Work with the Marketing team on data collection and analysis
Handle Operational duties such as:
·Coordinate and facilitate classes to ensure the smooth running of all classes
·Assess, utilize, and manage the Student Management System
·Source for third-party suppliers and negotiate quotations
·Work with colleagues for the housekeeping of the centre
·Documentation, word processing, and filing
·Event and promotion management, if any
·Assist in the replacement of a lesson/teacher if required
·Miscellaneous administrative function, if any
·Liaise with teachers on feedback/students’ progress
Specific Requirements
·Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above
·From 0 – 3 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field.
·Good Interpersonal skills & Team Player
·Candidates must be effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (both written and spoken)
·Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
