Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients from the Greater China region. (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan)
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments (accounting, tax, corporate secretarial).
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide timely, professional support throughout their Singapore business journey.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, KYC documentation, and ongoing compliance reviews.
  • Manage client communications, feedback tracking, and relationship follow-ups.
  • Participate in client events, webinars, and partnership initiatives to strengthen business ties and attract new clients.
  • Travel regularly to Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Hong Kong to conduct client background checks and on-site meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Relevant professional qualifications a plus: ACCA level 1, LCCI, CAT, local Diploma.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client management, or professional services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations in Greater China.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
