Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the Facility Response Centre (FRC). The role involves receiving fault reports, updating the Maintenance Mate System, and ensuring timely completion of service requests. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and qualifications in Technology for Facility Management. This position is essential for providing urgent assistance to users.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience.
  • At least Nitec in Technology for Facility Management, GEC 'O', 'N' level, 'A' Level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Man the FRC as the first point of contact for urgent assistance.
  • Receive and redirect fault reports to relevant contractors.
  • Log-in/update fault reports into the Maintenance Mate System.
  • Ensure completion of repair or servicing within KPI.
  • Process and follow up events and logistics requests.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Description
  • To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.
  • To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor
  • To accurately and timely log‑in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)
  • To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI
  • To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests
  • To perform other ad‑hoc duties required
