Job summary

A construction and engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Facility Management Officer to handle urgent requests and manage fault reports. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Nitec qualification. Responsibilities

  • Man the FRC as the first point of contact for urgent assistance.
  • Receive and redirect fault reports to maintenance contractors.
  • Log-in/update fault reports into the MMS accurately and timely.
  • Ensure completion of repair or servicing within KPI.
  • Process and follow up on events and logistics requests.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Nitec in Technology for Facility Management or equivalent

  • To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.
  • To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor
  • To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System)
  • To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI
  • To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties required
