Job description

To man the FRC. The FRC is first point of contact whenever a user seeks for urgent assistance.

Responsibilities
  • To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor.
  • To accurately and timely log-in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System).
  • To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI.
  • To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties required.
