Admin (Work From Home)

Training
5 days of training provided.
Training is unpaid unless you complete 3 months of service, in which case the 5 days will be reimbursed.
Work Schedule
4 weekdays (Work From Home)
1 weekend (Work On-Site)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract & Pay
Monthly contract: Renewed on a month-to-month basis.
Current range: $500 – $625 per month.
Equipment Requirements
Laptop with stable internet access.
Proficiency in the following tools:
- respond.io – Manage customer interactions.
- 3CX – Handle calls and communication.
- Excel (Master List) – Track sales, customer details, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Management
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via respond.io and phone calls using 3CX.
Update the Master List with new customer information.
- Sales Process
Secure and close sales immediately upon confirmation.
Follow a structured sales script to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Job Description: Attendance Taker / Swim Coordinator
Role Overview
$8 per hour sat/sun 9am-12pm , 3-6pm
The Attendance Taker / Swim Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our swim school. This role involves coordinating lesson attendance, assisting coaches and parents, and supporting the overall class flow to deliver a safe and organized swimming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attendance & Student Management
Record and verify student attendance for each class.
Ensure students are assigned to the correct class and coach.
Monitor replacement lessons, trial classes, and make-up sessions.
Update attendance records accurately in the system.
- Class Coordination & Support
Assist coaches in managing student flow during lessons.
Guide parents and students to the correct pool or class area.
Provide basic class information to parents (e.g., schedules, replacement policies).
Escalate student/parent concerns to the Branch Manager or Coaches promptly.
- Customer Service & Communication
Greet parents and students warmly and professionally.
Answer general inquiries regarding lessons and schedules.
Assist with onboarding of new students and trial participants.
Communicate class changes, cancellations, or updates when needed.
- Operational Support
Ensure a safe and orderly environment around the poolside.
Report incidents, absences, or irregularities to the Branch Manager.
Support administrative tasks such as updating Master Lists, handling simple forms, and documenting reports.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work weekends and weekday evenings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or attendance systems preferred.
- Swimming knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Work Schedule

Shift hours: Varies by branch schedules (typically 9 AM – 6 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM)
Job Description: Assistant Coach
Role Overview
$15 per hour sat/sun 9am-12pm , 3-6pm
The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in delivering high-quality swimming lessons. This role focuses on assisting with class preparation, ensuring student safety, providing guidance during lessons, and creating a positive learning environment for children and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Support
Assist the Head Coach in conducting swimming lessons across infant, toddler, and kids’ programs.
Help organize students, manage equipment, and ensure classes run on schedule.
Reinforce instructions and demonstrations given by the Head Coach.
Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.
- Safety & Supervision
Maintain a safe and orderly pool environment at all times.
Monitor students closely to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist in managing emergencies and reporting incidents immediately.
- Student Engagement
Encourage and motivate students to participate actively.
Build positive relationships with children and parents.
Support students in overcoming water phobia and developing confidence.
- Administrative & Operational Support
Help take attendance and update lesson progress when needed.
Prepare teaching aids, floats, and pool equipment before and after lessons.
Report feedback on student performance to the Head Coach or Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum: N-Level / O-Level or equivalent.
- Passion for working with children and interest in sports/fitness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
- Ability to swim preferred (training will be provided if required).
- Lifesaving, First Aid, or SwimSafer certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
5-day work week, including weekends.
Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) depending on branch schedule.
