• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality inspection procedures.
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining quality and audit documents.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the customer and quality assurance team.
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and quality issues.
• Support QMS compliance, including ISO and TS standards.
• Participate in product audits and inspections.
• Collaborate to drive continuous quality improvements.
• Prepare and present customer quality reports.
• Act as customer’s representative in quality discussions.
• Travel as needed to customer sites.
• Facilitate problem-solving processes.
