• 5-7 years of experience in aviation operational environments (airlines, MRO, or OEM).
• Working knowledge of component reliability engineering concepts/methodology.
• Applied knowledge in industry quality systems (LEAN, Six sigma, VSM etc.) for Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective contract management and operations support.
• Prepare and lead performance reviews for customers.
• Manage customer accounts including order management and invoicing.
