Job summary

A food service company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. The successful candidate will coordinate sales order fulfilment, prepare delivery orders, and address customer enquiries and complaints. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma and ideally have 2 years of relevant experience in the food manufacturing/service industry. This position supports a 5.5-day work week with opportunities for independent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification is required.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry.
• Basic computer proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
• Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment.
• Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints.
• Perform administration tasks including data entry and updating documents.
