• Provided regular and ad-hoc updates to customers on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Monitored production plans, analyzed supply chain performance, supported root cause analysis, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Degree in Supply Chain Management with relevant experience and contract manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in Excel.
• SAP/MRP knowledge an advantage.
