A technology service provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer IT Support Representative for night shifts in a call centre environment. Working hours are 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM, with a permanent night shift schedule.

Overview

We are looking for night shift Customer IT Support Representative for call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist user with IT enquires via email or phone
• Provide interim reply (by phone call/email)
• Able to draft professional email respond back to user
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
• Basic knowledge of PC & software troubleshooting

• Ability to multitask and handle difficult customers
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday (based on work roster, 2 days work, off 2 days)
