BLUEBELL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly retail ambassador to represent the brand and deliver excellent customer service and product tastings. You will help achieve monthly and yearly sales goals while maintaining attractive merchandise displays and accurate inventory.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including shifts, public holidays and weekends. Candidates should be proactive and reliable.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with welcoming personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and customer-focused role.
• High initiative and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends).

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for the Brand and portray a professional and customer-oriented image.
• Provide excellent customer service and tasting of products.
• Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory.
• Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures.
• Ensure food safety regulations & hygiene are followed according to SFA's policy.
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of daily sales when on duty.
