  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
  • Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on‑time pickup, transit, and delivery
  • Monitor shipments and provide real‑time status updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
  • Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
  • Assist the sales team with client follow‑ups, rate quotations, and post‑booking coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
