A leading staffing firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Experience Officer to manage customer enquiries via digital platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Working hours include shifts on weekdays and alternate Saturdays. This role offers an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm, 09.00am – 6.00pm, 10.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday: 08.00am – 12.00pm, 08.30am – 12.30pm, 09.00am – 1.00pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
