Duties & Responsibilities
  • Watchfully respond to client inquiries in a professional manner and ensure concerns are addressed quickly and completely.
  • Gather customer information thoroughly and effectively, access and satisfy client demands.
  • Provide professional customer support with a forthcoming mindset to keep customers returning and avoid unpleasant future encounters.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Attend to and communicate promptly to address customers' queries in the most excellent approach.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer feedback and concerns.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team and management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
  • Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
