Job summary

Internsg in Singapore invites a 6-month Customer Experience & AI Solutions Intern to support the CTO in client engagement and web development projects. You will work on web apps, digital strategy, and the use of AI tools to prototype ideas while maintaining quality and site structure.

The role spans AI/design responsibilities, store operations, and ad-hoc tasks, offering hands-on experience in IT services with potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Polytechnic, A-Levels, or University education.
• Commit to full-time for 6 months.
• Strong written communication with interest in web design/digital media.
• Resourceful, adaptable, eager to learn modern web workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of website design projects for clients, ensuring apps are user-friendly and responsive.
• Use modern web tools and AI coding assistants to build, test, and maintain client sites efficiently.
• Ensure all web projects maintain clean layout standards, proper site flow, and good user experience.
• Support day-to-day operations of the physical experience store.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, and store-related questions.
• Help maintain store presentation, inventory and customer experience.
• Identify areas where technology or automation can improve customer/operational experience.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and client demo setups as needed.

Role: Customer Experience & AI Solutions Intern (6 Months)

Commitment Period: November 2026 to April 2027

As an Customer Experience & AI Solutions Intern Intern , you’ll play a vital role in supporting the CTO in engaging our clients and stakeholders through our digital channels and web development projects.

We build fast and leverage modern tools. In this role, you are encouraged to use AI coding assistants and workflows to speed up build times and prototype creative ideas, while learning how to maintain a clean site structure, ensure quality control, and conduct testing.

This position gives you a hands-on blend of Web app development and digital strategy, preparing you to step into any fast-paced tech or media environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI

• Take ownership of website design projects for clients, ensuring apps are user-friendly and responsive.
• Use modern web tools and AI coding assistants to build, test, and maintain client sites efficiently.
• Ensure all web projects maintain clean layout standards, proper site flow, and good user experience.

Customer Experience & Store Operations

• Support the day-to-day operations of our physical experience store.
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers and visitors.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, and general store-related questions.
• Support in-store events, activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain the store's presentation, inventory, and overall customer experience.
• Assist with fulfilment, packing, and order preparation when required.
• Identify areas where technology or automation can improve the customer and operational experience.

Ad-hoc Tasks

• Assist with marketing campaigns and client demo setups as needed.
• Must be comfortable handling CATS
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to team success.

Optional / Preferred Skills

• Coding & AI Tooling (Huge Plus): Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Experience or interest in using AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT) to build apps faster.
• Sales & Client Relations: Demonstrates strong communication skills. There is an opportunity to engage with clients, propose IT solutions, and assist with sales activities- commissions provided for successful conversions.
