Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment and they are currently looking for a Customer Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability, and implement continuous machine improvements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures.

Requirements & Preferences
Must
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or similar
- 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Mechanical Engineering industry
- Inexperienced candidates from Mechanical Engineering Diploma/NITEC who are keen on the Semiconductor industry are welcome!
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around Singapore and overseas to the customer's site (Frequency of traveling could be extensive)
- Willing to work on shift work (On a rotational basis)
