Job summary

A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Officer who will assist with customer orders and maintain customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience and a Secondary School or O Level qualification. Knowledge of AutoCount software is preferred. This full-time position offers a basic salary between $2000 and $2200, with working hours from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Customer Service Officer

Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am-5pm, Alt Sat: 8am to 12pm
Working Location: Clementi

Responsibilities

• Assist with placement of orders via phone, email, mail or fax
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Versed with AutoCount software, for invoicing and back-of-house logistics management between Sales and Warehousing teams
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to changing procedures and processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior
