A healthcare service provider based in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Associate to manage customer inquiries and appointment bookings through calls, emails, and live chats. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and computer literacy are essential. This position involves working hours from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
Our client are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our healthcare contact centre team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping them with appointment bookings, enquiries, and support via phone, email, and live chat.
