Job summary

A healthcare contact centre firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist patients and customers with appointment bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. This role offers office hours from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

About the Role:

Our client are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our healthcare contact centre team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping them with appointment bookings, enquiries, and support via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities
  • Handle patient and customer enquiries, appointment requests, and feedback through calls, emails, and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction.
  • Liaise with internal departments or external partners to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain service quality standards and comply with operational procedures.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience (healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong service mindset with good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Working Hour:
  • Office Hour, Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday 8am to 12.30pm
