Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.

  • Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.

  • Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)

  • Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.

What You’ll Need:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work

  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
