A leading energy services provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle enquiries via digital platforms. The successful candidate will resolve queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service KPIs. Essential qualifications include at least 2 years in customer service and proficiency in communication and multitasking. Attractive remuneration is offered based on performance, within a collaborative team environment.
Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.
Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.
Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
