Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.
• Collaborate and manage the team, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems within the team and across teams.
• Take ownership of software components and ensure quality and performance meet project standards.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
