Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and components. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and reliability issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes, quality, and performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
