Curriculum Management Advisor
The Curriculum Management Advisor provides curriculum and teaching support services to ensure the effective design, delivery compliance and continuous improvement of Singapore's academic programs. This role reports to the Campus Dean in JCU Singapore and has a dotted line reporting to Manager Curriculum and Accreditation in JCU Australia. The successful incumbent will work collaboratively with academic and professional staff of both the Singapore and Australia campuses. The role balances governance and compliance responsibilities with high‑quality administrative and operational support to enable excellent student and staff experiences.

Responsibilities
- Support curriculum design and delivery by ensuring course and subject materials follow best practices in pedagogy and curriculum development.
- Manage curriculum review and accreditation alignment ensuring all programs meet quality assurance and regulatory standards.
- Oversee new course proposals for JCU Singapore guiding them through internal and external approval processes and assisting schools with required documentation.
- Ensure full compliance and quality assurance by maintaining accurate curriculum data and aligning all teaching practices with regulatory accreditation and student‑focused standards.
- Deliver high‑quality administrative and operational support by coordinating teaching activities (such as subject preparation, timetabling and committee servicing) and contributing expertise to review and enhance teaching support processes.
- Strengthen collaborative governance by enabling effective communication between JCUA and JCUS on course approvals working with academic and support teams to drive continuous improvement and ensuring alignment of processes across both campuses.
- Deliver effective data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in a discipline relevant to the role (e.g. Education, Curriculum, Teaching, Pedagogy).
- 5–7 years of experience in line with the appropriate subject preparation, timetabling and in multi‑campus or international education environment.
- Knowledge of academic processes including subject delivery with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies and deadlines.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships including demonstrated ability to consult and liaise with staff from all levels of university.
- Significant organisational problem‑solving and time‑management skills with the ability to manage own workflow and prioritise to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad supervision delivering quality performance outcomes and contributing to business improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and contacts within the university across the sector and within industry.
