Job summary

An established international education organisation in Singapore is seeking a passionate Curriculum and Training Lead. This role involves developing curriculum content aligned with MOE standards, training teachers, and managing academic teams to ensure quality student learning outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in a leadership role. A strong focus on communication and classroom management skills is essential. Working hours span across weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine English curriculum content aligned with the MOE syllabus
  • Guiding teachers through training, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Managing academic teams, supporting teacher–parent communication, and overseeing student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management on department planning, conduct workshops
  • Teach selected Primary English classes to ensure curriculum quality.
  • Supports social media engagement through educational content and live sessions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience with recent years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend

Working Location: Islandwide locations available

Salary: $7,000
