Job summary

Jump Crypto is seeking a Trader to join a dynamic group focused on researching, interpreting, and capitalizing on global markets. You will work 4 days a week (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat) in a 24/7 asset class environment, supporting the team with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn in a quantitative trading setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of trading experience, a strong interest in crypto, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python scripting and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Minimum 3+ years trading experience in crypto or financial markets.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative with team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to exercise discretion in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute trading strategies and manage positions.
• Monitor positions and coordinate with clearing/ops to reconcile trades.
• Build and maintain DevOps toolkit for production trading systems.
• Troubleshoot trading issues and improve desk processes.
• Learn about exchange setups and quant trading activities.
• Own team-wide projects beyond day-to-day trading duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
